Karaye | The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of traditional banking services on the success of construction companies. Traditional bank is a is a group of banking services that receives public money and makes demand deposit while providing loans, loan activities can be made directly by the bank or indirectly through the capital’s markets. Since banks play an important role in the financial and economic stability of a country, most judicial powers have persecuted banks with a high level of regulation. Many countries have established a system with sector reserve banks, under which banks have liquid capital equal to only a fraction of their current relationships. The research methodology comprises two distinct designs, namely qualitative and quantitative data analysis. A datagathering procedure was developed to assess the impact of traditional banking services on the success of construction companies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This involved gathering qualitative data from textbooks and journals in reliable academic sources, as well as quantitative data from professional accountants who have worked in construction companies through the use of a questionnaire. The study participants were professional accountants selected from nine (9) companies located in the Kurdistan Region. Furthermore, it should be noted that the sample size is equivalent to (104) participants. Furthermore, the investigation examined the primary data utilizing SPSS version 20. The program conducts an examination of independent variable “traditional banking services” in relation to dependent variable “success of construction companies” utilizing the regression and Pearson correlation techniques. The findings of the data analysis indicate that traditional banking services have significant effects on the success of construction companies. |
