The Adoption Of Digital Banking Services In Kurdistan

The objective of this study is to analysis the adoption of digital banking in Kurdistan. The design of the research shows the type of research frame used in this study. This research adopts the descriptive research framework. The study focused on primary data using questionnaires to collect data relating to the factors that are responsible for the adoption of digital banking by bank customers in Kurdistan, a sample of 100 people was used for this study. Judgmental sampling was used to collect data form the respondents that have the information necessary for this study. The information is gathered from the research analyses of the responses to the research questions of the study The questionnaire contains four variables. The variables are Perceived ease use, Perceived Credibility, Perceived Usefulness, and Convenience.  The study analyzed the obtained primary data using SPSS program (V-26). The findings of the study shows that while most the customers have positive idea on the adoption of digital banking in Kurdistan, there is still need for more creation of awareness to the people that do not use the digital banking services in Kurdistan.
