IRD Department Head Visits Nelson Mandela’s Grandson in Erbil
On March 8th, 2024, the Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) at Tishk International University (TIU) Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, visited Dr. Siyabulela Mandela, a visiting scholar of Politics and International Relations and grandson of the late South African Leader and global icon, Nelson Mandela.
The visit afforded the two distinguished academics, the opportunity to discuss wide-ranging issues and ways that the Kurdistan Region could benefit from the South African experience, resilience, and struggle for independence against all kinds of adversity, especially the unjust, discriminatory apartheid rule/policy.
