IRD Department Head Participates in International Conference on Peace and Security in Middle East
The Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University (TIU) Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, participated in an International Conference on Peace and Security in the Middle East, organized by the Middle East Peace and Security Forum (#MEPS23) at American University of Kurdistan, Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq from 19th to 21st November, 2023. The Middle East Peace and Security Forum is dedicated to peace and stability in the Middle East. The conference was well attended by local, regional and international stakeholders, academics, and policymakers, including the President and Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
The communique of the conference recommends the need for sustained efforts at finding lasting peace in the Middle East, which is essential for its growth and development.
