Exploring the World’s Most Prominent Business Figures and Corporate Taglines Activity
On May 3rd, 2023, an event titled Exploring the World’s Most Prominent Business Figures and Corporate Taglines was organized by Prof. Dr. Ghousia Khatoon, a Professor at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University. The event was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Abubakar Karaye, also a Lecturer from the Departments of Finance & Banking and Accounting.
This gathering was structured in two engaging rounds. Both the students of the Department of Finance and Banking, and that of Department of Accounting participated in the event. During the first round of the event, participants were presented with images of globally recognized business leaders, and they were tasked with identifying the individual’s name and his/her affiliated company within a strict 120-second time frame. In the second round, the attendees were challenged to match corporate taglines with their corresponding organizations, further testing their knowledge of the business world.
