Industry Guest Lecture

The Business and Management Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University (TIU) hosted Mr. Qanih Suleyman, a Human Resources professional, as an industry guest lecturer for the Performance Management Course. Mr. Qanih shared invaluable insights into the practical aspects of performance management, shedding light on the intricate process of assessing, improving, coaching, and evaluating employee performance, culminating in fair and effective compensation strategies.

During the engaging session, Mr. Qanih delved into the nuances of performance management, drawing on his extensive experience in the field.
