IRD Department Head Participates in Halabja Commemoration Day in London
On March 13th, 2024, the Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Tishk International University (TIU) Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, participated in the commemoration of the Halabja chemical bombardment, which took place on 13 March 1988, to remember the Kurds that were killed as a result of it. The event had in attendance dignitaries from the Kurdish community in London, including the Labour Councillor of the London Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Mr. Bakhtiar Mam Sheikh, Kurdistan Regional Government’s High Representative to the United Kingdom, Mr. Karwan Jamal Tahir, and Mr. Rebaz Barznji, the Mayor of London Borough of Lambeth.
