Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, Head of the International Relations and Diplomacy Department, was invited by the Rudaw Research Centre to participate in a seminar titled “The British Election and Democracy Experience.” The seminar featured Mr. Cllr Mohammad Bakhtiar, Council Member for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, as the keynote speaker. A Call to Study the British Model
