The International Relations and Diplomacy Department sent a delegation, comprising the Head of the Department, Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa and Mr. Bayad Sarwar to represent it at the Annual Conference of the STOP Organization, held on November 8th, 2022, at Dedeman Hotel, Erbil. The theme of the conference was: Monitoring and Evaluation – The Reform Steps of KRG. The conference provided the needed platform for the participants, where some of the major reform steps taken by the KRG, and their impact thus far were examined. Further recommendations were given for improvement, as this would help in promoting accountability, transparency, responsibility and responsiveness in governance, hence achieving sustainable regional development.
