A Study Measuring Social Media Marketing Effect On Online Shopping Experience: Erbil Case Study

The current research is solving the problem of social media marking effect on online shopping experience as Erbil case study. The analysis displays the analysis of Regression Coefficients, shows the effect of Social Media Marketing on the dependent variable Online Shopping Experience. The value of R is .893 i.e., the relationship is 89.3%, and the effect 0.796, which shows that the Social Media Marketing has 79.6% effect on Online Shopping Experience. The three research questions answered for the understanding of this study. The first research question is, what is the relationship in social media marketing and online shopping experience? The answer is presented and discussed in the analysis showing that the table is the presentation of correlation between Social Media Marketing and Online Shopping Experience. There are 104 samples for this study showing the value of correlation as .893, which has a very significant value .000 accepted for the correlation analysis. The second question is, what is the effect of social media marketing on online shopping experience? The question is answered as the, the effect 0.796, which shows that the Social Media Marketing has 79.6% effect on Online Shopping Experience. The third question was asked, what is the benefit of social media marketing and online shopping experience research? The answer of this question is that the social media marketing can affect the online shopping experience, so a good social media marketing can help to develop a better business for online business. All research objectives are reached through the study.  The study finally concludes that the Erbil is the city of Kurdistan transferring for online shopping, which is getting accepted by consumers. The social media marketing is playing an important role in the business today providing a common reach to consumers. Online shopping experience is majorly effected by social media marketing. It is suggested to business companies in Erbil to work for their social media marketing betterment which can be a support tool for them to increase consumer’s online shopping experience, which can increase their business.
