Impact Of Transformational Leadership And Working Condition On Employee Performance In A Case Study Of Confectionary Sector In Iraq

Researchers did several research about the impact of transformational leadership and working condition on employee performance individually, However the current study examine the impact of transformational leadership and working condition in the confectionary sector in Iraq, the A questionnaire gathered the information from respondents in Amed company in Iraq. In this manner, the approach to this research is quantitative and connected to primary data. The data was collected from 500 employees of a private company that work in a confectionary sector in Iraq, and from that population 216 sample was gathered, Moreover, the study used SPSS version 26 to analyze the data collection. The researcher used regression to know the impact of transformational leadership and working condition on employee performance, both two independent variables had significant effect on regression model since their p-values = 0.000, if the p-value equal or less than 0.01 it means had significant effect, and Depending on coefficient of determination (R2), the value of R2 for models is equal to 0.323 respectively, which means both of the independent variable has approximately same affect but the effect of transformational leadership is a little bit more.
