On the 8th of June 2025, the Business and Management Department successfully concluded the Visual Sales Workshop for Skilled Sellers. This distinguished professional development event brought together students, industry practitioners, and academic partners in a shared commitment to advancing sales excellence.
The workshop presented a rare and valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of sales and business development, with a focused exploration of the latest techniques, frameworks, and strategic approaches shaping the field. Students engaged with purpose and enthusiasm throughout the event, drawing meaningful lessons from real-world scenarios and immersive, hands-on exercises.
We are proud to share that the workshop was led by Mr. Adnan Hostani, a distinguished alumnus of our very own Business and Management Department. Mr. Hostani currently serves as Sales Manager at Olive Garden and was recently honored with the International Kotler Award 2025 for Best Sales Manager of the Year in Iraq — a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication to the profession. His return to the department as a facilitator reflects the enduring bond between our academic community and the professionals it has helped shape.
The event was made possible through a meaningful partnership between the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics — Business and Management Department — and our Strategic Allies, whose continued collaboration enriches the educational experience we offer our students and strengthens the bridge between academic learning and professional practice.
