The Department of Accounting, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE), at Tishk International University (TIU) extends its congratulations to Dr. Ghousia Khatoon, Professor & Head, Department of Accounting for delivering a Keynote Address on 2nd August 2023 on the topic titled “Detective and Preventive Fraud Control Techniques applied by the Forensic Accountants”. We also extend our deep congratulations to our student Mr. Revn Hazim Nabati for presenting a research paper titled “The Impact of Audit Risk Assessment on Financial Performance: Case Study of Erbil -Kurdistan Region” and Ms. Lana Himdad Khalid, Ms. Zainab Abbas Farhad and Ms. Tara Rasoul Mama for presenting a research paper titled “Impact of Service Quality and Security on Customer Satisfaction: The Case Study in Private Banks of Erbil -Kurdistan Region” in an international conference titled: Recent Advancement and Innovation in Business & Management and its Contemporary Issues in Sustainable Economy, held at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Evening College, India. We are proud to put on record that Dr. Ghousia Khatoon, Head of Department of Accounting and our students Ms. Lana Himdad Khalid, Ms. Zainab Abbas Farhad and Ms. Tara Rasoul Mama won the Best Paper Award in this international conference.
