The 8th International Conference on Accounting, Business, Economics & Policy (ICABEP)

 

The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University proudly participated in the 8th International Conference on Accounting, Business, Economics and Politics (ICABEP 2026), held on 26–27 May 2026 in the city of Szczecin, Poland.

The conference was jointly organized by Tishk International University and Szczecin University, together with 13 international academic partners, bringing together scholars, researchers, and experts from around the world to discuss contemporary developments in accounting, business, economics, and political studies.

ICABEP 2026 attracted participants from 15 countries, including Kurdistan Region–Iraq, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Kosovo, Malta, Syria, South Africa, Morocco, Greece, Romania, Lithuania, and others. The conference featured 28 research papers presented across several parallel scientific sessions, fostering academic exchange and international collaboration.

Representing the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Dr. Dana Sajadi, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, and Dr. Abubakar Karaye, Head of the Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance, presented their research papers and actively contributed to the scholarly discussions throughout the conference.

The participation of Tishk International University in ICABEP 2026 reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to advancing research excellence, strengthening international academic partnerships, and promoting global engagement among its faculty members. The event also provided valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and future collaborative research initiatives with scholars and institutions from across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
