Soran University Appoints IRD Department Academic as PhD Viva Committee Member On December 7th, 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr. Basiru was among a 5-member PhD Viva committee, appointed by Soran University, Soran, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, to examine a PhD thesis, entitled: "The Political Challenges of the Economic Development in Rentier States: The Case of Iraqi Kurdistan After 2003." The International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University (TIU) congratulates Asst.
