Dr. Mohammad Salih Meets Former Head of IRD Department in London On 18th July, 2023, the Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) at Tishk International University (TIU) Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, met with a former Head of IRD Department, Dr. Dilshad Hamad in London.
