IRD Department Delegation Visits British Consulate, Erbil On April 20th , 2023, the International Relations and Diplomacy Department delegation, led by the Head of Department, Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa and Mr. Bayad Sarwar, visited the British Consulate in Erbil. The delegation was warmly received by the Consul General, Ms. Rosy Cave and two political officers, Ms. Hanar Marouf and Mr. Salar Amin.
