IRD Department HOD Participates in Academic Debate at Soran University On February 27th, 2023, the Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University, Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa, alongside three other speakers, Prof. Dr. Othman Ali, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Karim and Dr. Parwez Rahim participated in an Academic Debate: 'Iran's Protests: Motivations and Consequences,' organized by the Politics and International Relations Department, Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management, Soran University.
