This research discusses the phenomenon of child recruitment carried out by the terrorist organization ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant), where the researcher covers the details of these practices and the fears from them, whether the fears that the observers had at the time or the future fears of such a step. The importance of this research comes in accordance with the violations covered by the researcher, which occupied the world to this day, as she chose this phenomenon in particular because its results did not end with the end of the organization and its defeat by the international coalition, but rather maintained its impact until now, and the researcher aims from this research to shed light on highlighting the recruitment of children as one of the most egregious human rights violations that has occurred in contemporary history, because this phenomenon illustrates the main goal of that terrorist organization and the long-term intentions that it was working to achieve. The researcher used the international reports on this matter, in addition to the reports issued by study centers and international news agencies, then worked to integrate them with the analyzes of observers, researchers and political analysts in order to remove ambiguity about this issue as much as possible for the reader, explaining that these practices belong to a long-term plan and avoid their effects. It will be more difficult than the international community thinks, as it has become a regular phenomenon for terrorist organizations. The researcher explains in the results of the research that this phenomenon should be of great interest by the countries that fight terrorism, and they should devote special efforts to prevent it from happening because children are the easiest members of society in terms of controlling their minds and manipulating them to turn them into a tool in the hands of terrorists to implement their sick desires And their terrorist acts, taking advantage of the fact that children are less suspicious and easier to trust.
