IRD Department Delegation Visits British Consulate, Erbil On April 20th , 2023, the International Relations and Diplomacy Department delegation, led by the Head of Department, Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa and Mr. Bayad Sarwar, visited the British Consulate in Erbil.
