The first week's sessions (1,2,3) of the qualitative research training course, being organized by the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Tishk International University, were held and delivered successfully by the course instructor, Asst. Prof. Dr. Basiru Musa on 1st September, 2022. The week covered Research: Meaning and Raison d'être, Research Paradigms: Positivism, Post-Positivism, Social Constructivism/Interpretivism, Pragmatism and Critical Theory. It also covered Typology of Research and Differences between Qualitative and Quantitative Research.

Raising Awareness on Thalassemia Disease Community-University Partnership Project The International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University, organised Community- University Partnership Project titled Raising Awareness on Thalassemia Disease on June 5th, 2022. The Thalassemia Centre provided the speaker for the seminar, a specialist doctor on Thalassemia. They also invited thalassemia patients to participate in the seminar.
