The International Relations and Diplomacy Department is, today, 22nd November, 2022, honored to receive Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhanad Seloom from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, Qatar. Dr. Muhanad is a scholar of international repute, especially in the areas of international security, military and strategic studies, government security policy analysis, and counter-terrorism. The Department discussed likely areas of collaboration with the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, as most of its programs and activities are related to International Relations and Diplomacy.

The International Relations and Diplomacy Department organized a training course on how to use Microsoft Office in writing thesis for the students of the department. The training has been conducted by Mr. Bayad Sarwar the Research Assistant of International Relations and Diplomacy Department. He showed the students how to use Microsoft Office properly and efficiently during writing there graduation projects. Gender Based-Violence Seminar Presentation Mr. Bayad Sarwar presented a seminar on Gender-Based Violence on November 9th, 2022, where he explained GBV, its causes, types, effects and solutions. He explained Gender-Based Violence as harmful acts directed at an individual based on their gender. GBV is rooted in gender inequality, abuse of power and harmful norms.
