Food Fundraising and Community Project Service 2023-2024
On November 29th, Tishk International University (TIU) organized a memorable Community Project Service and Food Fundraising Event, with participation from all university departments. The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) also had a stand, where volunteers, including students and staff members, brought food to the university campus and sold it to other students and staff. The menu included homemade meals such as chicken biryani, mandi, mini pizza, and dolma, as well as homemade desserts like cakes, cookies, and muffins.
The volunteers, along with the help of Maccanoli Bakery and coffee place, and 2 in 1 fast food place, contributed significantly to the success of the fundraising, collecting funds for our faculty charity projects scheduled for this academic year. The event was made possible by the tremendous support and dedicated efforts of our faculty students, who generously volunteered their time and energy throughout the day. Their active participation was crucial in achieving the successful outcome that the faculty celebrate on the day.
