Celebrating the International Festival
On March 8th, the university campus was transformed into a vibrant celebration of women’s empowerment as it hosted the 6th International Festival of Language, Culture & Science. The festival, held under the theme of women empowerment, was organized by the university’s students and staff and brought together various departments, each represented by separate tents. Country tents where the cultural values of many countries were exhibited were also an important part of the festival.
The event was a true celebration of womanhood and aimed at creating awareness about the importance of women’s empowerment. The festival featured various activities, including talks, performances, and exhibitions. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about different cultures and traditions.
The Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Aras, visited the tents of all departments and congratulated the female students on International Women’s Day. He also thanked all students and staff members for their efforts and contributions towards the festival’s organization.
The international festival proved a great success, with attendees leaving with a greater appreciation for women’s empowerment and the importance of celebrating International Women’s Day.
