The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University is pleased to announce that the FIBAA Accreditation and Certification Committee (F-ACC) has officially granted accreditation to the following undergraduate programs:
- Business and Management Bachelor Programme (B.Sc.)
- Accounting Bachelor Programme (B.Sc.)
This recognition makes the Business and Management and Accounting departments the only accredited departments of their kind in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. This achievement reflects the departments’ commitment to delivering high-quality education that meets international academic standards and benchmarks. The accreditation positions our university as a leading institution in business and accounting education across the region, ensuring that our programs are aligned with global best practices and that our graduates are well-prepared for the demands of the international job market.
This decision was made during the FIBAA committee meeting held on June 5, 2025, following a rigorous evaluation process. The FIBAA Quality Seal for accredited programs has been awarded, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to academic excellence and international quality standards.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the university’s presidency, Vice Dean Mr. Karwan Sherwani, head of departments Mr. Fayeq Ali and Dr. Abubakar Karaye, and congratulate Ms. Rasha Al-Kabbanie for her dedication and efforts throughout the accreditation process.
