As part of their commitment to civic engagement and moral growth, students from the Interpersonal Dynamics and Character Building (IDCB) course at Tishk International University (TIU) carried out a moving initiative titled “Sharing Kindness: Food for Local Workers.” Conducted on May 14, 2025, this thoughtful and heartwarming project involved preparing and distributing homemade meals and care packages to municipal workers, janitors, street cleaners, and laborers in Erbil—many of whom work long hours under difficult conditions with little public recognition.
