In a project that blends environmental awareness with student activism, participants of the Interpersonal Dynamics and Character Building (IDCB) course at Tishk International University (TIU) launched a creative campaign titled “Life on Land.” Conducted on May 18, 2025, the initiative focused on protecting biodiversity and promoting sustainable land use practices in the Kurdistan Region. As a key part of their coursework, students researched environmental challenges affecting their communities and took active steps to educate others, clean local habitats, and plant native species to support ecological health.
