The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics actively participated in TIU Introduction Days 2026, held on September 1 and 2, 2026, at the Ramada Hotel on Gulan Street, Erbil. The event welcomed prospective students and their families and provided an opportunity to learn more about the academic programs and opportunities available at Tishk International University.
The event officially opened on Tuesday morning, September 1, with a ceremony attended by Dr. Ibrahim Rashid, Representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Assist. Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of the Board of Trustees of Tishk International University; and Prof. Dr. Sultan T. Abu-Orabi, President of Tishk International University.
Throughout the two-day event, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics was represented by its four departments: Business and Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, and International Relations and Diplomacy.
Faculty members, department heads, and student ambassadors welcomed Grade 12 students and their parents throughout the event. They provided academic counseling, answered questions, and shared information about the Faculty’s academic programs, study structures, university experience, and career opportunities available to graduates.
The event also gave students and their families the opportunity to discuss their academic choices directly with university representatives and receive guidance to help them make informed decisions about their future studies. In addition, visitors received gifts, discount vouchers, and on-site admissions support.
The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics sincerely thanks all students and families who visited the Faculty during TIU Introduction Days 2026.
