On January 10th, 2024, a delegation from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Tishk International University (TIU), paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Hemn Merany, Diwan Director General, Ministry of Interior, Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). The delegation consisted of the Vice Dean of FASE, Mr. Karwan Sherwani and Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Dr. Mohammad Salih Mustafa.
The purpose of the visit was to express the gratitude of the university, Faculty and the IRD Department to Dr. Merany for delivering a leader’s talk on KRG Road Safety Vision, held on December 6th, 2023. The lecture helped in enlightening participants about traffic rules and other laudable efforts of the KRG in repairing and constructing high-quality, passable roads in the Kurdistan Region.
Finally, the Head of the FASE delegation, Mr. Karwan Sherwani, presented a plaque of appreciation to the Diwan Director General, Dr. Hemn Merany for his sincere services, contributions and leadership in the Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), which impact positively on the stability, safety and development of KRI.
