The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) made a vibrant contribution to the Spring Festival held on April 29, celebrating both cultural diversity and community spirit through a variety of creative and culinary activities.
This year, FASE was assigned a total of six cultural tents—two representing Spain, two showcasing Indonesia, and two themed around the historical richness of Mosul. Each tent was carefully prepared by a dedicated team of student volunteers and research assistants, who worked together to bring these cultures to life. From traditional foods and cultural clothing to printed displays and decorative elements, the tents offered an immersive experience for festival visitors.
The faculty’s role extended beyond cultural representation. FASE was also entrusted with seven food tents as part of a fundraising initiative. These tents featured a diverse range of homemade dishes, prepared and donated by students. The food tents quickly became a hub of activity, with students managing the booths, serving dishes, and contributing to a shared cause.
The preparations reflected strong collaboration and commitment from the entire FASE community. Students took part in various roles—some focused on food contributions, others on volunteering during the event, and many engaged in both efforts. The result was a welcoming and festive environment that highlighted the values of teamwork, creativity, and generosity.
FASE’s presence at the Spring Festival stood as a meaningful expression of cultural appreciation and community engagement, leaving a positive and lasting impression on all who attended.
