Mr. Uma Shankar Singh discussed the important issues related to questionnaire design for consumer behavior research in marketing and all the steps needed to construct a survey instrument. The seminar covered the following topics:

  • Content – Formulating questions
  • Way & Wording – How should each question be phrased?
  • Sequence – In what order should the questions be presented?
  • Layout – What layout will best serve the research objectives?
