In a heartfelt gesture of appreciation, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) at Tishk International University (TIU) celebrated International Teachers’ Day on October 6, 2024. The event was a simple but meaningful tribute, organized by two dedicated research assistants, Ms. Shahd and Ms. Azheen.
A key highlight of the day was the distribution of gifts. Ms. Shahd and Ms. Azheen personally handed each staff member a beautifully wrapped gift tied with a straw-made thread they crafted themselves. This thoughtful gesture symbolized the faculty’s collective gratitude for its educators’ hard work. The staff were visibly happy and appreciative of this special contribution.
Although modest in scale, the International Teachers’ Day celebration was a touching reminder of the crucial role teachers play in education. The faculty looks forward to continuing to honor its educators in meaningful ways in the future.
