EDAF Accreditation
The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) has started the process of the EDAF Accreditation advisory visit by experts from different countries, including Germany, France, and China. The process started on 14th November 2022 and ended on 17th November 2022.
TIU staff, including the President, Dr. Abdulsamad S. Ahmad, the Academic Vice President, Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir, Vice President, Administrative & Financial Affairs, Dr. Fatih Cura, the Dean of FASE, Mr. Karwan H. Saeed, Head of the Business and Management Department, Mr. Fayeq Ali, Head of the Accounting Department, Dr. Waqar Ahmad, Head of International Relations and Diplomacy Department, Dr. Mohammad Salih, FASE lecturers, FASE students, industry partners, the Maintenance Director, HR Director, Quality Assurance with IRO Office Representative were involved in this process on different days. The process was well organised by the Director of ISO and our faculty. In the process of the first screen of the accreditation, there were 16 meetings, four days, 49 people, and four different rooms.
The EFMD GN Deans Across Frontiers (EDAF) mentoring system is designed to assist Business Schools in their development. EDAF aims to assist the schools through a mentoring system of the school’s senior management based on a prior assessment of the school. The term “Business School” or “School” is to be interpreted as any organisational unit, either free-standing or part of a larger institution primarily concerned with business and management education and development.
