Collaboration on the Horizon: A Visit to Hemn Group

In a promising development that highlights the potential for academia-industry collaboration, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) at Tishk International University (TIU) is set to engage in discussions with the Hemn Group, a prominent name in the realm of construction. The two entities are expected to explore mutual cooperation and are gearing up to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the near future.

The visit was by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Aras, the Vice-Dean, Mr. Karwan Saeed, and the Director of the Career Center, Mr. Hedi Mustafa. On behalf of the Hemn Group, Project Director, Mr. Ameer A. Ahmed welcomed the FASE team. The purpose of the visit was to engage in preliminary discussions and lay the groundwork for a potential partnership between academia and industry.

Hemn Group, known for its excellence in roads and infrastructure construction, is viewed as a pioneer in its field. The company has successfully completed a multitude of projects that have contributed significantly to the region’s development.
