Business and management department is one of the key success that I have had for pursuing my own idea to the next level of being proactive and innovative in the market. FASE from TIU not only equipped me with the core subjects of the business discipline but also build confidence in me to plan and build a better future for me and others around me with involving us with many extracurricular activities. The reason of my career and business success is strongly related to what I have been learnt from FASE, academic and non-academic staff of the faculty are wonderful and were really helpful, and for that reason I am really thankful to all, and wish the same thing happen to those which want to join the same faculty in the future, I am sharing the pure and right feeling of mine so be FASE student which you are never going to regret.

As an alumna of the International Relations Department, I am honored to share my testimonial and express my profound gratitude for the transformative educational experience I received during my time there. The International Relations Department not only equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of global affairs but also instilled in me a profound appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

The faculty members in the department were exceptional in their expertise and commitment to nurturing critical thinking and analytical skills. Their passion for international relations was infectious and inspired me to explore complex issues, challenge conventional wisdom, and develop a nuanced understanding of the world we live in. The professors not only imparted theoretical knowledge but also shared practical insights from their own experiences, enriching our learning journey.

One aspect that truly sets the International Relations Department apart is its emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches. Through a wide range of courses, I was able to explore various disciplines such as economics, history, political science, and sociology, among others. This interdisciplinary approach broadened my perspective and allowed me to connect the dots between different fields of study, preparing me to navigate the complexities of global issues with a holistic mindset.
Moreover, the department provided ample opportunities for hands-on learning and engagement beyond the classroom. I had the privilege of participating in various simulations, conferences, and internships, which enhanced my practical skills and exposed me to real-world challenges in international relations.
Lastly, the department’s commitment to supporting its alumni extends well beyond graduation. Even after completing my studies, I have continued to benefit from the extensive alumni network, career resources, and mentorship opportunities provided by the department. This ongoing support has been instrumental in my professional growth and has opened doors to new opportunities.

The International Relations and Diplomacy department is one of the most interesting fields for me personally. The department plays a crucial role in preparing individuals for careers in fields such as diplomacy, foreign policy, international organization, Administration works, and academia, among others.
Joining the IRD department was a life changing. At the beginning when I started, I was lost and hopeless, I did not believe that I could finish the program and graduate due to the language barrier and lack of experience of the university environment. However, the department and its professional staff helped me, and showed me the road of success. moreover,  overall, I was among the top 5 students of the department, and they hired me to work as a research assistant of the department right after my graduation. Later, I decided to study master’s degree. The department and the faculty supported and helped me more than what I was expecting. Therefore, I finished my graduate study with good marks. Furthermore, after 4 years, I am still working in the department as a research assistant and I am looking forward to joining the academic teaching staff in the coming years. Overall, the department changed me, my life, and helped me to have a career in academia.
I believe that this department is one of the most interesting departments for those who are into politics, international relations, diplomacy, and those who like to work with the international organizations like the UN. I highly recommend the department and I am sure if you join the department and decide to learn and study, you will never regret your decision.

Being Frank, if I could I would go for one more 4 years of business and management department, so that I could take other elective subjects too.

I learned a lot from marketing courses, entrepreneurship courses, management and accounting courses, that all of them somewhere in my business life made my job easier.

From the motion study, to the very end of thesis it was helping.

The international relations and diplomacy department equips graduates with a deep understanding of global politics, international law, diplomacy, and intercultural communication. This knowledge base provides a strong foundation for pursuing careers in various sectors such as government, international organizations, non-profit organizations, think tanks, and private corporations.
I advise the future students of the department to do more research and understand the field of international relations and diplomacy. Explore different subfields within the discipline, such as security studies, international law, global governance, or development studies. This will help you identify your areas of interest and align them with the programs offered by various universities.
