The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University is proud to announce that the FIBAA Accreditation and Certification Committee (F-ACC) has officially granted accreditation to two of its undergraduate programs:
- Accounting Bachelor Programme (B.Sc.)
- Business and Management Bachelor Programme (B.Sc.)
This achievement makes the Accounting Department and the Business and Management Department the only accredited departments at the bachelor’s level in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. This recognition demonstrates the university’s commitment to providing high-quality education that meets rigorous international academic standards.
The accreditation, awarded on June 5, 2025, following a thorough evaluation process, signifies that the university’s programs are aligned with global best practices and that its graduates are well-prepared for the international job market.
The university extends its sincere appreciation to the university presidency, Vice Dean Mr. Karwan Sherwani, and the heads of the departments, Dr. Abubakar Karaye and Mr. Fayeq Ali. Special congratulations are extended to Ms. Rasha Al-Kabbanie for her dedicated efforts throughout the accreditation process, as well as to all the faculty members who contributed to this significant milestone.
