In the collaboration of Accounting and Banking & Finance Departments, Faculty of Administrative and Economics, organized International Workshop on International Accounting and Auditing Standards on March 29, 2022, Tuesday @ 10 am, Education Building, Conference Room.
The workshop commenced with the presence of Dr. Fatih Cura, Vice President for the Administration & Financial Affairs, Mr. Karwan H. Sherwani, Acting Dean, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Dr. Waqar Ahmad, Head, Accounting, Banking and Finance Departments, FASE.
The Speakers, Dr. Samer H. Alssabagh, Chief Financial Officer, Falcon Group, Erbil and Mr. Raed Bakaer, CPA, Senior Manager of EY, shared their valuable knowledge with students and staff and promptly answers of audiences. They have shared their experience in current developed corporates that how manager can save the cost while following the IFRSs standards and international auditing standards.
The aim of the international workshop is to create awareness about the standards of IFRSs and international standards on Auditing among the student and staff that how the world is becoming a common platform to work under one roof who follow the same standards in each country.
