This research focuses on explaining the effects of Russia\u2019s foreign policy on the Kurdish people present in Syria between 2015 and 2018, because this time period represents the beginning of the Russian intervention in the Syrian civil war directly, in other words, its presence on the ground and its dispatch of ground and air forces To Syria, and this period is a peak period for Russian activity on Syrian territory, including military operations and political steps with the active countries in the Syrian affair, such as Turkey, knowing that these political steps had an impact on the Kurdish people in Syria, which will be discussed in detail in this <\/span>research<\/span>.<\/span> Russia’s foreign policy in Syria, especially if it affected the Kurds in particular, is considered an ambiguous issue for many, because some believe that Russia did not directly affect the Kurds, and of course that is due to the scarcity of information circulated on this matter, which imposed some challenges in gathering information. And linking them together to come up with the results of the research, the most important of which is that Russia\u2019s foreign policy negatively affected the Kurdish people, through its continuous understanding with the parties that are hostile to the Kurds, and the focus was on the difference between the term Kurdish people and the Kurdish political parties, because there is a big difference between the two.<\/span> Th<\/span>e<\/span> research<\/span> aims to clarify the effects on the Kurdish people, whom Russia views as an ally of its competitor, the United States of America, without separating the Kurdish political parties from the rest of the people who have no fault in politics and its course, in addition to the fact that the period that was focused on is a period full of political developments<\/span>, w<\/span>hich caused displacement and violation of the rights of the Kurds in their areas and led to opening the way for demographic change.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
