Saeed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, Acting Dean at FASE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The seminar intended to shed light on new trends in business research, particularly on the supervision of the 4th-grade student&#8217;s thesis. The supervisors acquired new skills and procedures to facilitate the process of supervision and new criteria for best student-supervisor selection and relationship management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Further,\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mr Karwan<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0discussed the possible outcomes of good and weak supervision and how to handle student grievances during the supervision. The audience provided feedback on enhancing the supervision process, setting a plan to revise the student thesis handbook for 2021-2022 and adding trending topics in all the departments under FASE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"http:\/\/tiu.edu.iq\/business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0was initially launched with the Department of Business and Management amid the establishment of\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"http:\/\/tiu.edu.iq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tishk International University<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0in 2008. Three additional departments were formed in 2014-2015: Accounting Department, Banking and Finance Department, and the International Relations and Diplomacy Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Currently, our faculty is ranked as the most demanded faculty of the\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"http:\/\/tiu.edu.iq\/9th-and-10th-graduation-ceremony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">university<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, comprising the highest number of students. This is highly accredited to how efficiently our students are equipped, with the highest standards of knowledge and soft and hard employability skills required to fill the market gap and prepare the
