An Investigation into The Relationship Between Digital Payment (E-wallet) And Customer Perception: A Case Study Of The Iraqi Kurdistan Market

When individuals use a digital payment it means transferring money from one payment account to another by utilizing a digital device. The present study main goal is to research on an investigation into the relationship between digital payment (E-wallet) and customer perception in a case study of the Iraqi Kurdistan market. Previous studies discussed this subject but not in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. In this reason, the study takes time to research in the Iraqi Kurdistan region by the primary data as questionnaire procedure. Customers in the Kurdistan market participate. Along these lines, the study collected (181) sample. Also, the research uses Pearson correlation technique to be aware with the relationship between digital payment (E-wallet) and customer perception in a case study of the Iraqi Kurdistan market. As a result, the analysis showed the customer perception of using the E-Wallet in Iraqi Kurdistan region was moderate relationship by ease of use digital payment, benefits of the digital payment, security of digital payment, trust of digital payment, and self-efficacy of digital payment.
