An Analysis Of Relationship Between Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, And Employees Turnover: A Case Of The Erbil Pharmaceutical Company

Researchers did several kinds of studies about the education of employees turnover. However, the current study analysis the relationship between organizational commitment, job stress, job satisfaction, and employees turnover in the Erbil pharmaceutical company. For analysis between variables a questionnaire gathered the information that respondents in the Erbil pharmaceutical company participated. In this manner, the approach to this research is quantitative and connected to primary data. One hundred fifty samples of employees from Erbil pharmaceutical company were used to complete the sample size. Continually, the research is limited to statistical examination only (107) sample collected, which is the cause of respondents’ incomplete answers. Moreover, the study used SPSS version 26 to analyze the data collection. The researcher analyzed the correlation between organizational commitment, job stress, job satisfaction, and employees turnover. The results show a moderate relationship between organizational commitment and employees turnover. Since Pearson correlation is R=0.657 near the value (+1), and significant equal to 0.0000 which is less than 0.05. A poor relationship between job stress and employees turnover. Since Pearson correlation is R=0.389 near the value (+1), and significant equal to 0.0000 which is less than 0.05. A moderate relationship between job satisfaction and employees turnover. Since Pearson correlation is R=0.620 near the value (+1), and significant equal to 0.0000 which is less than 0.05.
