The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Business and Management Department organized a workshop on “Using Smartboard in E-learning and Campus“. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Hamdi Serin, Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics.

In his presentation, Dr. Hamdi Serin discussed the importance of smart boards and the program (Active Inspire), which can be used in the classroom and online lessons through the use of smartboards. He also highlighted how editing, writing working on assignments could be used by academicians. This presentation offered an overview of the various applications of a SmartBoard.

An interactive smartboard, also known as an electronic whiteboard, is a classroom tool that allows images from a computer screen to be displayed onto a classroom board using a digital projector. The teacher or a student can “interact” with the images directly on the screen using a tool or even a finger.
