Falcon Group Hosted students of the Business and Management Department
On 15th and 20th December 2021, Falcon Group – represented by Falcon for Technology Consulting Ltd. (FTC), hosted the senior students of the Business & Management Department of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Tishk International University (TIU). The event was held under the supervision of Dr. Sultana Begum, Lecturer of Human Resources and Management in an interactive workshop on human resources and the ERP system.
The students have been informed of the practical policies & procedures of the HR Department, including human resource planning, development, recruitment and selection, the documentation cycle, payroll processing, and manpower attendance monitoring through a tutorial session.
The students also experienced the implemented automation techniques of Falcon Group that relate to the HR activities through another tutorial session using the ERP/SAP system.
The workshop was carried out by Dr. Samer H. Alssabagh, CFO of Falcon Group, and Ms. Rafel Alazzawi, HR Manager of the Group. On behalf of the Business and Management Department, we would like to thank Falcon Group for their cooperation and the faculty for organizing this event.
